My name is Noell Eanes, M.Ac., and I am a licensed acupuncturist, wellness consultant and certified spiritual healer based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
I earned my master's degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and have completed post-graduate studies in both Japanese and Chinese healing. My specialized training in Eastern medicine includes Classical Chinese Five-Element Acupuncture, Japanese “Needle-less” Shakuju Therapy, Qigong, and Reiki. I coach clients using a unique combination of modalities, including emotional freedom technique (EFT), meditation, and my training as a certified “Infinite Possibilities” trainer.
My passion for this work comes from my own experience struggling with crippling fear and anxiety. For me, it culminated in a near-decade long battle with bulimia and disordered eating that began in my late teens. Conventional treatment included pharmaceuticals and therapy, which only made me feel numb, and never really got to the underlying cause of my fear and anxiety.
Using a combination of mind-body techniques, energy work and Chinese medicine, I share everything I have learned to help you heal fear and anxiety naturally, so you can create a safer, deeper, and more loving relationship with yourself and the world around you.

The signature Freedom Over Fear 2020 90-day program gives you 3 months of online content, one healing session every month, weekly group coaching calls, an accountability buddy, and all the tools you need to help you transform from fear to freedom. Stay tuned for the next class enrollment.

The 21-day Freedom Over Fear Reset is a self-guided course that you can take at any time on your own, so it begins when you decide you are ready to start.
It depends on how much time you have and how quickly you would like to get through the programs.
For the 21 Day Reset, the content of each day should take about 5 minutes to view, and the exercises about 10-15 minutes minimum.
The 90 Day program is a little more intensive. Between the modules and lessons, the group coaching calls, and the daily practices, you can expect to dedicate anywhere between 3-7 hours a week to the course.
